Proficiency in communication and technology is key for development of a country. At least this is what the leaders of Rwanda believe. They are attempting to rapidly implementing technology and enhancing modern communication tools in almost every domain of life, hoping to attract foreign investors to look at Rwanda as the first viable African partner in doing business. Integrating technology in classrooms for students and educators has also been one of the chief targets that Rwanda wants to hit by the year 2020. This YouTube Video illustrates the point.
